  • Diploma holder.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks at one time and completing tasks efficiently and quickly.
  • Able to communicate to all levels.
  • Computer skills in Ms. Word & Excel
Tanggungjawab
  • To receive purchase order from sales team.
  • To entry sales order into system per purchase order and customer requirements.
  • To review customers\' order on Item, Quantity, Price, to further confirm with Sales or Customer to resolve the discrepancy.
  • To generate invoices.
  • To liaise and align with planner and logistic team members for the inventory arrangement and trucks arrangement.
  • To liaise with respective customers on stock availabilities and order fulfilment; to reschedule of order loading by inventory available, planning schedule and transportation availability.
  • To liaise with customer or sales on the goods returned and ensure the documentations are well align.
  • To arrange and request order from subsidiary\'s factory to ensure sufficient stock to fulfil customer requirements.
  • To handle and coordinate customer\'s documents upon goods delivery.
  • To be assigned with special tasks on ad-hoc basis should there\'s need arises.
