Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and monitor financial spending and reporting for Kemaman operations. Develop and maintain SharePoint sites for document and data management. Create and manage Power BI dashboards for financial and operational insights. Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to financial monitoring. Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, formulas, charts). Strong experience in SharePoint administration and content management. Ability to design and maintain Power BI dashboards for data visualization and reporting. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills. Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:



Prior experience in financial monitoring or administrative roles. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
