Responsibilities: 1.Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling interviews, and maintaining calendars.
2.Candidate Management:
Assist in candidate sourcing and screening, including reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and maintaining candidate databases.
3.Job Postings and Advertising:
Post job advertisements on various job boards and company career websites.
Monitor and update job postings to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
4.Interview Coordination:
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all necessary parties are informed and prepared.
Arrange interview logistics, such as booking meeting rooms and coordinating video or phone interviews when required.
5.Candidate Correspondence:
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, application status, and provide timely feedback.
Draft and send offer letters, rejection letters, and other correspondence as needed.
6.Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interviews, and hiring decisions.
Prepare recruitment-related reports and metrics as requested.
7.Onboarding Support:
Assist in coordinating new hire paperwork, background checks, and reference checks.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
8.Recruitment Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in recruitment-related tasks.
Provide suggestions and feedback to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience. 9. Document translation and interpretation 10. Any other work tasks assigned by the superior.
Qualifications and Skills: 1. Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a recruitment or HR department.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
5. Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation methods.
6. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
