  • Possess at least SPM/Diploma, or equivalent
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)
  • Workstation at Klang Valley, Cheras
  • Priority to anyone who also owns personal transport
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Familiar with social media platform like FB, Instagram, Whatsapp, etc
  • Must be very organized, efficient, detailed, and high sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, and possess good working attitude
  • Efficient implementation of work, proactive, reliable and good team player
Tanggungjawab
  • Assist in maintaining a well-organized filing system for rental documents.
  • Track income and expenses related to property management & other services.
  • Bookkeeping, filing, typing, sorting, checking of documents, generating reports and etc.
  • Generate and send invoices for property management & other services.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for potential clients.
  • Create and post compelling room rental advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Contact potential owner for providing the service
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in all advertisements.
  • Other ad hoc duties may be added from time to time
  • Assist event management during offline events & workshop
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
