Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and Microsoft Powerpoint
Familiar with social media platform like FB, Instagram, Whatsapp, etc
Must be very organized, efficient, detailed, and high sense of responsibility
Ability to work with minimum supervision, and possess good working attitude
Efficient implementation of work, proactive, reliable and good team player
Tanggungjawab
Assist in maintaining a well-organized filing system for rental documents.
Track income and expenses related to property management & other services.
Bookkeeping, filing, typing, sorting, checking of documents, generating reports and etc.
Generate and send invoices for property management & other services.
Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for potential clients.
Create and post compelling room rental advertisements on relevant platforms.
Contact potential owner for providing the service
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in all advertisements.
Other ad hoc duties may be added from time to time
Assist event management during offline events & workshop
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
