-Issue online payments
-Do monthly reconciliation for CIMB, M2U (Online banking)
-Prepare a credit card settlement
-Change cash into small change
- Recount the cash and fill in the tally sheet
-Put back the cash in the safe
-Pick up inbound and outbound call
-Every month do auto debit and issue receipt
-Every 4 months do new assignment for debt collector
-Key in debt (amount that debt collector will collect)
-Reply emails/Whatsapp (Customer service)
-Send SOA by email
-Every 3 months do billing (Statement of Account)
-Every month do collection report - send to debt collector
-Counting commission every month for debt collector
-Do refund payment
Ad-Hoc Tasks
-Responsible to relieve site staffs if needed (Admin)
-Any other ad hoc by Superior
Location: Pandan Jaya, Kuala Lumpur

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
