Kelayakan
Preferably with administrative or customer service experience;

Proficient in basic computer operations, including MS Office.

Professionally and promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, Messenger, and chat.
Accurately record customer interactions and transaction details.
Assist customers with orders, provide product information, and resolve issues.
Collaborate with other departments to handle complaints and provide solutions.
Prepare reports on customer feedback and service performance.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and document management.
Continuously optimize processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
