SPECIAL ALLOWANCE
TRAINING OPPORTUNITY
Job scope:
Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly and maintain proper filing of documents
Handle all general office administration and maintenance-related works
Professional telephone handling incoming and outgoing calls and call transfers
Coordinate with suppliers and service providers
Ability to arrange events (seminar/conference/others), translation (Malay & English), able to write, prepare letters, and compile meeting minutes
Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks, and related duties as assigned by the HOD or Manager
To maintain proper filing system as per the head office guidelines;
To ensure availability of all forms and documents and ensure proper documentation of the same at all times;
Schedule and organize department activities
Track all documents for approval and signage
Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties with minimal supervision including answering phones, making appointments, and ordering office supplies
Ensure office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
Ensure confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
On site support when needed
Requirements:
SPM HOLDER / DIPLOMA / FRESH GRADUATE are encouraged to apply
GOOD ATTITUDE
WILLING TO PROVIDE ON-SITE SUPPORT WHENEVER REQUESTED INCLUDING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND WEEKEND
