Job Description


  • The candidate should possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Degree, Professional Certificate, or an equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of working experience in a related field is required for this position. (fresh graduates is acceptable)
  • The candidate should be capable of working independently as well as in a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills, organization, and a positive working attitude are necessary.
  • Possesses own transportation and available for driving
  • The working schedule is five days per week, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
  • Menguruskan operasi pejabat dan menyelenggara bekalan pejabat.
  • Menangani surat-menyurat, emel, dan panggilan telefon. Mengatur dan menjadualkan mesyuarat, temujanji, dan pengaturan perjalanan.
  • Menyelenggara dan mengemaskini rekod dan pangkalan data syarikat.
  • Menyelaraskan dan menyokong pelbagai tugas pentadbiran dan projek. Menangani surat-menyurat masuk dan keluar serta penghantaran.
  • Menguruskan sistem fail dan memastikan dokumen yang betul.
  • Menyediakan sokongan pentadbiran secara umum kepada pasukan atau jabatan.
  • Membantu dalam tugas SAS perakaunan seperti memproses invois dan tuntutan perbelanjaan.
