We are looking for an Admin Assistant to help with
daily office tasks and simple accounting work
. You will handle phone calls, emails, paperwork, and help with basic bookkeeping.
What You'll Do:
Answer calls and take messages.
Handle emails and post.
Order office supplies.
Do basic bookkeeping and data entry.
Create and send invoices.
Pay suppliers and prepare bank deposits.
Who We Want:
About 2 years of admin or accounting experience (fresh grads may apply).
Comfortable using computers, especially Excel.
Able to work on your own and with a team.
Organized and careful with details.
