Job Description


General Administration

  • Assist HR department in managing employee registrations and resignations processes
  • Maintain attendance records for all staff and warehouse part-timers
  • Manage inventory requests for Station
  • Manage basic bookkeeping duties including Station\'s business license, tenancy agreements and utilities bill
  • Maintain Station files and records to ensure they are updated and can be retrieved easily
  • Assist in maintaining and monitoring van maintenance records.
  • Manage records of staff expense claims.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
  • Manage inventory for fuel card & Touch n Go Card.
Documentation
  • Update and document walk-in cash sales reports
  • Update and manage staff overtime reports
Communications
  • Assist in pay slip distributions and payroll issues
  • Assist in memo distribution to Station
  • Follow up with requests from HR department pertaining to administrative matters
  • Communicate with HR department for hiring advertisements
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing packages for Station
