JOB SCOPE:
Document handling: Secure delivery/pickup of vehicle documents (e.g. Grant cards, APs, loan papers) to/from banks, JPJ, PUSPAKOM, and clients.
JPJ & PUSPAKOM Liaison: Arrange inspections, submit paperwork, and coordinate vehicle registrations.
Banking support: submission of loan documents, and bank errands.
Administrative Assistance: Data entry, filing, photocopying, and supporting the admin/officer team.
On the ground coordination: Solve ad-hoc logistics issues (e.g. tow truck coordination).
REQUIREMENTS:
Gender: Male (preferred due to field duties like bank/JPJ runs)
Age: 20-35 years old.
License: Valid Malaysia driver's license (B2/D) & own transport (motorcycle/car).
SKILLS:
Organized, punctual, and trustworthy
Physically fit (able to lift document boxes/files)
Basic English & Bahasa Malaysia
Tech-savvy (WhatsApp, email, simple Excel/Word)
Attitude: Proactive, humble, and willing to learn
Experience:
Prior exposure to JPJ/PUSPAKOM procedures (highly advantageous)
Basic admin/banking tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
