Tanggungjawab

• Follow sales order to prepare goods stated on the sales order for delivery
• Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
• Follow procedures in processing all non-conforming goods or returns as required from supplier and internal delivery
• Responsible for the coordination of incoming goods and daily dispatches as per requirements
• Provide support in the planning and tracking of the shipment of finished orders.
• Responsible for keeping appropriate and updated documentation and logs to support all planned finalized orders (customers & suppliers)
• Prepare delivery documents (like invoices, purchase orders and delivery order, Goods Received Note)
• Prepare goods receiving documents (like Goods Received Notes) and hand over to Warehouse Worker for further verification & processing work
• Assist and provide support to Senior Logistic Executive to oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
• Prepare following month delivery and contractor installation by end of every month
