Job Description


Job Responsibility Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities, and equipment. Maintain and organize documents, files, and records. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally. Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Interact with clients, visitors, and employees with a positive and helpful attitude. Address and resolve administrative issues and challenges. Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a flexible work environment. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a cohesive team environment. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications may be preferred. Proficiency in basic office software and computer applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
