Participate in structured rotations across various departments such as HR, Admin, Store, & E-Commerce to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business Attend training sessions and leadership programs to enhance technical and managerial skills Collaborate on cross-functional projects and contribute innovative ideas to improve business processes Learn to analyze data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Work closely with senior leaders and mentors who will provide guidance and feedback on your progress Take ownership of tasks and deliver results aligned with business goals and objectives. Regularly participate in performance reviews and feedback sessions to ensure continuous growth and development
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
