Who are we looking for?
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin proficiency preferred.
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM/ O-Level qualification
  • Able to work on weekends (5.5 days).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Possess good working attitude, hardworking, perseverance and responsible.
  • Possess own transport and able to work on site.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, WhatsApp, Facebook, and etc.
  • Able to manage social platforms and design posters will be additional perks.
Responsibilities
What's your mission?
  • Assist in scheduling and providing information to customers.
  • Issue fee receipts and manage student files.
  • Monitor student attendance and handle payments efficiently.
  • Answer calls and communicate with parents and students.
  • Liaise on center matters and class details.
  • Fulfill other center-related duties as assigned.
  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Recording documents flow and filing
