- Possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in a related field.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in transport and fleet team management is preferred.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Monitor the validity of insurance policies, road tax, and vehicle permits.
- Manage all necessary fleet management tasks and associated costs.
- Issue or renew insurance policies, road tax, and vehicle permits through the system.
- Liaise with the company regarding all matters related to insurance, road tax, and vehicle permits.
- Prepare documents and follow up on insurance claims.
- File documents related to insurance, road tax, and vehicle permits.
- Process administration documents as required.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
