Location :

Bandar Seri Alam, Masai

Working Hours :



8.00am - 5.00pm (Mon - Fri)

8.00am - 12.00pm (Sat)

Responsibility



Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation. Handles incoming and outgoing mail, sorting and distribution. Prepare and manage quotations. Issue Purchase Orders (PO). Handle inspections with PUSPAKOM. Responsible for roadtax renewal. Maintain proper filing and documentation. Handle applications and matters related to APAD. Manage and process project claims. Handle petty cash transactions and records. Manage renewal and registration of workers with CIDB. Responsible for payroll administration Monitor and update the progress of claims Liaise with vendors, authorities, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time. Answering calls Order office supplies

Requirement :



Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business , or any relevant job scope

Minimum 1 year work experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Possess own transport
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
