Requirements:



SPM/STPM, Diploma or related field. Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role; experience in a construction company is an added advantage. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with colleagues and clients. Meticulous attention to detail in data entry and record keeping to ensure accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for various administrative tasks. Ability to provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence and scheduling appointments. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
