  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma /Advance/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia, English, & Mandarin
  • At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Attention to detail and problems solving skills
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
Tanggungjawab
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings,
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and calling for repairs.
  • Resolve administrative problems
  • Maintain computer and keep record of software list
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detailed oriented and works with high accuracy
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for support staff
  • Perform data entry as needed
