The role of
MSL receptionist and admin staff
will be accountable for the following four areas:
Receptionist
Welcome all visitors to the centre
Offer tours to new customers and answer any questions
Ensure coaches are there on time and ready for each lesson
Welcome each swimmer and family when they come for their lessons
Ensure daily maintenance schedule is actioned
Self complete some tasks
Manage contractor where needed
Manage stock and equipment - Replenish where needed
Management of the Academy database
Assign new members and appropriate class
Ensure the sign up form is completed for all members
Use this form to ensure that the member database is up to date and accurate
Manage monthly renewal process to ensure each month sign up is complete
Ensure payment is timely from all members.
Schedule replacement classes at an appropriate time where needed
Customer Service
Response to customer needs to ensure they have a positive experience
Manage all new customers to give them a smooth sign up process
Give reminders and communication where appropriate
Manage any disputes with kindness and empathy
Marketing and Media management
Manage the Social Media Platforms
Take relevant media content and advertise and promote accordingly
Manage paid advertising promotions where needed
Share marketing on various group platforms
