? Talk to customers, answer questions, and process their orders.
? Create invoices and help with shipping papers.
Inventory (Stock) Management:
? Keep track of what we have in stock.
? Count stock and update records to keep them accurate.
? Help order new supplies when needed.
Basic Accounting:
? Record customer payments and send invoices.
? Help with basic bookkeeping and data entry.
? Assist with other simple financial tasks.
Job Requirement :
? Has some office experience.
? Good with computers (email).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Experience:
Administrative: 2 years (Preferred)
Sales Support:: 1 year (Preferred)
Inventory (Stock) : 1 year (Preferred)
Basic Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
