Job Description

Job: Admin / Office Administrator (Skudai)

Salary: RM 2000 - RM 2300

Working Days: 5 days a week


What you will do:

1. Office & Admin Work

? Keep all office files and documents neat and easy to find. ? Answer phone calls and emails. ? Welcome visitors to the office. ? Help manage schedules and plan meetings.

2. Sales Support Work

? Handle and process customer orders. ? Answer simple questions from customers. ? Prepare sales reports. ? Keep customer and sales information up-to-date.

3. Stock (Inventory) Work

? Keep track of what items are available in stock. ? Do stock counts and check if the numbers are correct. ? Contact suppliers for orders or if there are any problems. ? Help make sure we always have enough stock.

4. Simple Accounting Tasks

? Help update financial records. ? Create and send bills (invoices) to customers. ? Prepare simple money reports. ? Check that the physical stock matches the financial records.

What we need from you:

? Some experience working in an office. ? Comfortable using a computer for emails and basic tasks.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Experience:

Administrative: 2 years (Preferred) Sales : 1 year (Preferred) Stock(Inventory): 1 year (Preferred) Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
