Admin Office Assistant

Job Description

1. Assists management on Admin work and HR job.

2. Assist with monitor employee attendance and leave record.

3. Administration and maintain record of company properties, such as company car, mobile telephones, laptop, vehicle maintenance and inspection.

4. Handling administrative work such as office equipment, contract & maintenance.

5. Handle of hotel and travel booking, monitor the status and provide assistant when needed.

6. Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in Admin or HR is an added advantage Independent, with good interpersonal skills able to communicate with all level employees Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, presentation slide Fresh graduate also encourage to apply.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
