Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Handle payroll processing and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, FWCSM). Oversee daily office administration to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate HR records including staff attendance, leave management, and employee documentation. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and preparation of employment letters/contracts. Manage and update filing systems, databases, and company documentation. Prepare reports, letters, and other documents using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Liaise with government agencies and external parties on HR and compliance matters. Handle utility bills, license renewals, agreements, and other operational matters. Support company events, activities, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements



Minimum 1 year of working experience in administration or HR. Familiar with payroll systems and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, FWCSM,ESIMS,HRDF,LHDN). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Strong organizational skills, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Botanik , Klang.
