Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical assistance to ensure smooth office operations.
Manage filing systems, documentation, and data entry (including digital filing and OneDrive records).
Assist in preparing documents for internal use, licensing, HRDF submissions, and meeting arrangements.
2. Insurance Administration
Assist in handling motor insurance & general insurance matters (renewals, quotations, reminders, customer follow-up).
Prepare relevant documents such as policy papers, invoices, and road tax documents.
Maintain accurate insurance records and coordinate with customers and insurers.
3. Facility & Maintenance Coordination
Support maintenance tasks for company properties such as hostels, offices, and assigned residences.
Coordinate with suppliers/contractors on repair work, request quotations, and follow up on job completion.
Keep updated maintenance logs and organize all related documentation.
4. Hostel & Accommodation Support
Maintain updated lists of worker/hostel occupancy.
Conduct basic condition checks and report issues for follow-up.
5. Meeting & Event Support
Prepare meeting rooms, arrange food and refreshments, and support training activities when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
