Organizing and managing incoming & outgoing company mails, documents and parcels
Responsible for the purchase of stationeries and office supplies
Monitor the inventory of the office supplies and prepare monthly expenditure reports.
To maintain the cleanliness of office, guest room, ensuring that the contractors perform their tasks well.
To ensure company vehicles are in good conditions including scheduled repairs, renewal of road tax & insurance.
To keep track of the petrol/toll card transactions and top-ups where necessary.
Assist in travel arrangements included booking of flight tickets, accommodation and transportation for pick-up VIPs whenever necessary.
Coordinates and arranges meetings, reserves and prepares facilities.
Undertakes any other ad-hoc duties as and when required by superior.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
