Job Description

Carry out daily administrative tasks and manage documentation. Prepare, organize, and maintain company forms, records, and correspondence. Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and interdepartmental coordination. Maintain proper filing systems and accurate record-keeping. Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:



Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or clerical support Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Email) Proficient in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking principals Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Must be able to work in Gelang Patah

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
