  • Handle daily administrative work in office and assists teammates.
  • Liaise with various local authorities (e.g: TNB, SAJ, Majlis) for various project/ property application related submission.
  • To do constant follow up work with local authorities for each submission.
  • To maintain good filing record and keep all work documents in system.
  • Any other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • Good knowledge in construction/ property/ admin sequences.
  • Familiar in Microsoft Office Software particularly MS Excel and email functionalities.
  • Candidate must possess own transport.
  • Willing to learn, adaptability, problem solving and independent.
Working days:
  • Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday (8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 6.00pm)
Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
