We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive
Admin Officer
to support the daily operations of the company/clinic. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow across departments. This role involves documentation management, customer service support, coordination of office activities, and assisting management in day-to-day administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage documentation in a systematic and organized manner.
Prepare and handle official letters, memos, meeting minutes, and basic reports as required.
Serve as the Social Media Admin for Annura Clinic - monitor messages, comments, feedback, daily postings, and support basic marketing activities.
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager or Director.
Requirements:
Male candidate, aged
25 - 30 years old

Minimum
Diploma
in Business Administration, Office Management, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Minimum
1-2 years of working experience
, preferably in administration, management, or customer service (experience in clinic or healthcare settings is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-friendly attitude.
Proficient in computer software such as
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and able to learn clinic management systems.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) for administrative and communication purposes.
Able to multitask, work independently, and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work on weekends or public holidays when required, based on clinic operations.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate documentation and records.
