To maintain an effective communication system for achieving speedy conveyance of message, directives, instruction to and with another department
Arrange appointments, manage calendars, and complete work schedules.
Office facilities management.
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics as required by the executive office members
Correspondence, memorandums, circular and report as assigned.
Review status of incomplete work and follow up actions
Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.

Any task that will be required and deemed necessary
