Handle agents\' registrations, merchandises, and enquiries. Update agent list on active/inactive on time and accurate. Arrange and attend meetings/trainings on working hours/night/weekends and create meeting minutes. Organize and conduct events/activities. Design poster or do posting on groups/social media. Create announcement/memo for posting on incentives and related matters. Handle some small-scale projects. Job Requirements : At least with SPM, Professional Certificate or Diploma in a related discipline. Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant administrative working experience and proven good track record. Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin languages. Exposure to MS Office and social media posting. Willing to pick up calls and reply message from 10am to 10pm (Monday - Sunday).
