Job Summary: Administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. s: Manage travel, accommodation, and restaurant reservations for business purposes Assist on recruitment matters which includes on-boarding and off-boarding processes Maintain the general office filing system Manage monthly bills payments and claims Manage stationaries and other office supplies Manage drivers\' schedules, OT claims and company car matters Assist on any ad-hoc tasks Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration / Management or equivalent.
