The Admin Officer will provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales & Marketing department to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate documentation, and effective communication within the team and with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties including filing, documentation, correspondence, and data entry.
Assist in preparing sales reports, marketing materials, and presentations.
Support the sales team in handling customer enquiries, scheduling appointments, and follow-up communications.
Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, HR, etc.) to ensure proper workflow and approvals.
Manage and maintain an up-to-date database of customers, prospects, and marketing leads.
Handle the preparation of agreements, contracts, and other related documents.
Provide support in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors for procurement needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in administrative support, preferably in property development, sales, or marketing.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an added advantage).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with sales/CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Team player with a positive attitude and ability to multitask.
