Prepare and manage tender submissions for both government and private sector projects.
Ensure all tender documentation complies with requirements and specifications.
Maintain an organized record of all upcoming tenders and business proposals.
Prepare quotations, RFPs (Request for Proposal), and RFQs (Request for Quotation).
Conduct client presentations and support business development activities.
Attend site visits, client meetings, and project briefings as required.
Coordinate tender logistics, timelines, and submission planning to ensure timely delivery.
Manage contracts and related documentation to ensure compliance with project terms and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any related field.
Strong command of both Bahasa Melayu and English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of Ariba System is an added advantage.
Willing to travel for outstation assignments when necessary.
Experience with e-Perolehan and Tender Direct platforms is an advantage.
Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Salary Package : RM2800 (exc incentive)
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday : 9am-5pm
Saturday (Alternate) : 9am-1pm
