Job Position: Admin and Operation (Japanese Speaker) : Communication: . Managing phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication. . Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. . Drafting and editing documents, letters, and reports. Data Entry and Record Keeping: . Entering and updating data in databases or spreadsheets. . Maintaining accurate and organized records. . Filing and archiving documents. Calendar Management: . Scheduling appointments and meetings for executives or team members. . Coordinating travel arrangements. Document Preparation: . Creating and formatting documents, presentations, and reports. . Proofreading and editing materials for accuracy and clarity. Customer Service: . Responding to inquiries from clients, customers, or employees. . Providing information and assistance. Financial Administration: . Assisting with budget tracking and expense reporting. . Processing invoices and managing petty cash. Project Support: . Providing administrative support for various projects. . Coordinating project-related tasks and deadlines. Problem Solving: . Resolving routine administrative problems and addressing inquiries. . Troubleshooting and finding solutions to day-to-day challenges. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE MUST TO HAVE: At least with bachelor\'s degree educational level Must have at least 3 years of working experience related to administrative tasks in clinics or hospitals Possesses Japanese N1 or N2 level Computer skills: Proficiency in email, Spreadsheets, Excel PREFER TO HAVE(Advantageous) Working experience as translator Personality Requirement: Good communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients is important. Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Administrators need strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently and the ability to address problems quickly and effectively. Flexibility and Adaptability: Due to the dynamic nature of administrative work, flexibility and adaptability are necessary. The ability to respond to new tasks and situations is important.
