WE ARE HIRING ADMIN & OPERATION
EXECUTIVE Gourmandines \xe2\x80\x93 a food & beverage supply company located in Kuala Lumpur is currently looking for dynamic and highly motivated Admin & Operation Executive Main Responsibilities:
- Handles all admin matters, general office management, answers incoming calls and deal with email enquiries.
- Handles packing for e-commerce
- Coordinate delivery with courier companies / grabs / lalamove / transporters
- Provides admin support to Sales Reps, coordinates and consolidates orders from customers.
- Assist in issuing invoices, credit notes and stock report.
- Assist in stock management system (when needed)
- Handles local purchases and assist in receiving goods from suppliers Requirements:
- MALAYSIANS ONLY
- Possess at least SPM / O Level / Diploma.
- Fresh graduates from Hospitality or Culinary College or Uni are welcome
- Computer Literacy, min. Microsoft office and social medias.
- Has a good interpersonal skill in English, and good customer relations.
- Able to handle pressure, able to work independently and multi task.
- Responsible, dedicated, honest, team player and hard working
