Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with administrative systems.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Perform general administrative duties such as preparing letters, memos, and reports.
Maintain proper filing systems for departmental records and documents.
Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external parties.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and coordinating follow-ups.
Operational Coordination
Support the day-to-day operations of the faculty/department, ensuring processes run efficiently.
Assist in logistics arrangements for meetings, events, or academic activities.
Monitor use of office supplies and assist in procurement or maintenance requests.
Provide support for special projects or tasks assigned from time to time.
