Requirements
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (spoken & written).
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, WhatsApp).
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to learn and follow company procedures.
Prior admin experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.
Manage documentation, filing, and data entry accurately.
Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and internal communications.
Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally.
Support basic operational and coordination tasks when required.
Ensure office records and documents are well-organized and up to date
