\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at minimum 1 year of work experience in Accounting and/or a Professional Certificate or Basic Diploma, or equivalent in Accounts, Event Management or related fields.\xc2\xb7 Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.\xc2\xb7 Language skills - Basic proficiency in English.\xc2\xb7 Able to work Full-Time.Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 To assist the Client Servicing department in document filing and data entry.\xc2\xb7 To assist in processing all staff related financial transactions including staff claims and credit cards assigned to staff.\xc2\xb7 To assist in printing documents, obtaining approvals from necessary departments.\xc2\xb7 To assist Company authorized staffs in the Client invoicing process as well as vendor payment process.\xc2\xb7 To be able to work with a team and achieve the desired results\xc2\xb7 Able to work under pressure and tight datelines.\xc2\xb7 To assist in all administrative duties.BenefitsInsurancecompany tripAdditional Benefits
