Requirements

• A degree/diploma/professional certificate in a related field is an advantage
• Able to communicate in both Mandarin and English
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided regardless of experience
• Responsible work attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients at the front desk
• Handle appointment bookings and follow-ups
• Manage inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email
• Explain service process and billing clearly
• Support administrative and customer service tasks
