Diploma or above education is required
At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative or clerical work (fresh graduates with strong skills can also apply)
Candidates with prior HR experience may be offered a higher salary.
Exceptional performers may be considered for an Assistant role after passing the probation period, with a salary of RM5,000 and above.
Good communication skills in Mandarin, EnglishandBahasa Malaysia
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events
Maintain office supplies and ensure office organization
Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative duties, such as attendance tracking, invoicing, and procurement
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation as needed
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth office operations
Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or management
