We would like to quickly fill-up a vacancy urgently for the below:- Job Title: Tenant Experience Coordinator Job Summary: As a Tenant Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our tenants have a positive and enjoyable experience while living in iBilik\'s properties. Your primary responsibilities will include enhancing tenant satisfaction, facilitating communication, and organizing events and services to create a vibrant and supportive community atmosphere. You will work closely with tenants, property management, and various stakeholders to maintain a high standard of tenant experience. Key Responsibilities: Tenant Engagement: Foster positive tenant relations and act as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns. Proactively engage with tenants to understand their needs and preferences. Community Building: Organize and coordinate social events, activities, and programs to build a sense of community within the property. Encourage tenant involvement and participation in community activities. Communication and Feedback: Facilitate communication between tenants and property management to address and resolve issues promptly.Gather feedback and suggestions from tenants to improve services and amenities. Tenant Onboarding: Welcome new tenants and provide them with necessary information about the property, services, and community. Ensure a smooth transition into the property and assist with any initial needs or questions. Tenant Satisfaction: Monitor tenant satisfaction through surveys and feedback, taking necessary actions to address concerns and enhance overall experience. Tenant Support: Assist tenants with lease-related inquiries, renewals, and maintenance requests. Collaborate with maintenance and support teams to resolve tenant issues effectively. Administrative Tasks: Maintain records and documentation related to tenant interactions, events, and services.Assist with administrative tasks such as lease agreements, billing, and tenant records. Qualification & Requirement Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Hospitality, Real Estate) is preferred. Good English Writing Skill Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to creatively address challenges and find solutions. Independent and proactive problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Customer-focused with a passion for creating positive tenant experiences. Organizational and event planning skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month Benefits:
