We are a growing

digital marketing agency

seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Administrative Assistant

to support our daily operations. This role combines administrative responsibilities with light creative tasks. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of assisting both the management and creative teams to ensure smooth workflows.

Key Responsibilities



Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations Manage scheduling, emails, and document preparation (Word, Excel, Gmail) Assist with basic design tasks using Canva and other design tools Support the creative team with simple video editing tasks (short-form content, basic cuts, captions, etc.) Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain filing systems Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners when required Assist the marketing team in campaign-related administrative tasks Handle ad hoc duties and contribute to improving operational efficiency

Requirements



Previous experience in administration or office-related roles preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail Basic design knowledge (Canva or equivalent) Familiarity with basic video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar) Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Responsible, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment Experience in digital marketing, creative, or internet-based companies is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
