Admin & Purchasing Assistant (Chinese Speaker) Requirement: * Can speak and read chinese 1. Update quotation, Customer PO, issue Sales invoice & delivery order 2. Prepare PO to supplier and key in supplier invoice c/w update supplier payment 3. Update payment voucher - Cash Voucher & Bank Voucher 4. Check email and reply email, pick up office phone call 5. Update customer payment and issue Official receipt & statement of account 6. Help to compare price at least 3 suppliers when purchase material or item 7. Update staff punch card record and count for salary 8.
