Job Description

Sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers for company uniform, stationery, vehicles, parts, accessories and maintenance services. Negotiating to ensure the best pricing, quality, and terms. Processing application purchase, purchase orders (POs) and verifying invoices/ delivery order. Tracking inventory of parts and supplies and restocking as needed. Preparing monthly report Planning and scheduling all routine preventative maintenance and repairs for the fleet. Coordinating with internal teams, supervisor and drivers to ensure minimal operational disruption. Ensuring all vehicles are maintained in a safe operating condition and comply with company rules and relevant regulations (e.g., safety, licensing, insurance). Performing or overseeing basic vehicle inspections and diagnosing maintenance needs.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
