Job Summary:

To perform QA role, ensuring SLAs are met consistently.
Job responsibilities:

To perform pre in-force and/or post in-force accuracy check on pre-determined sample size of transactions processed. To compile the errors detected and share the findings with processing team. To tabulate accuracy rate reporting on daily/weekly & monthly basis. To ensure all data inputting in system or manual template/reports are updated/submitted timely and accurately. To conduct training, arrange training schedule and constantly review quality of training based on the Training Evaluation Form To generate User Manual and/or SOP. To be involved in improvements projects and to perform UAT task on new/ enhancement of process/product/system. To perform processing inputting task as assigned. To be able to process 1 core + 2 cross functions. To assist Supervisor in daily jobs/reports/projects.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
