Preferably at least 1-2 years of experience in administrative
Good language command in Bahasa Malaysia & English
Hardworking & resilient, able to work in fast pace environment
Highly motivated and able to work independently
Skill in excel is a must.
Can do a few jobs in a one times (multitasking)
Responsibilities
Well archive, and maintain corporate licenses, including connecting with the company secretary.
Provide support on corporate registrations, such as vendor account registrations, membership registration and etc.
Implement and maintain document control as per ISO9001 requirements.
Analyze and compile quality-related issues from customer satisfaction and feedback for continual improvement.
Organize and implement internal quality audits, including connecting with external consultants/auditors.
To manage ongoing administrative related matters
To provide comprehensive book keeping, management reporting and feedback
Handle filing document
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Responsible for administrative tasks
