Coordinate the renewal process for various insurance policies, including but not limited to property, liability, and employee benefits.
Prepare and send insurance renewal quotations to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Follow up with customers via phone calls or emails to discuss insurance renewal options and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Provide personalized assistance to customers by explaining insurance coverage details, premiums, and renewal terms.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and renewal outcomes using microsoft
Collaborate with insurance brokers and carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure timely renewal of policies.
Review insurance policies and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
Assist in evaluating insurance coverage options and making recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to insurance coverage, billing, and claims processing.
