? Executing administration works.
? Assist in sourcing quotations from suppliers and follow up; communication/liaison to get the resources;
? Prepare and submit quotation to our customer/key account;
? Assist in researching and preparing for documents - commercial/technical to customer;
? Prepare drawing for customer;
? Prepare invoice, delivery order, packing list to customer;
? Follow up status product with supplier and customer;
? Make arrangement for transportation and other logistics for delivery to customers;
? Follow up payment to our suppliers and collect from customers;
? Filling & keeping record of all documents;
? Assist sales person on preparation drawing and documents;
? Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
