Job Description

The Admin Sales Cum Customer Service Executive is responsible for handling front-line sales and customer support while managing daily administrative tasks at the Pulau Pinang branch. The ideal candidate must be sales-driven, service-oriented, and organized, with a passion for promoting travel and Umrah packages.

Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell

Umrah packages, Muslim tours, and domestic/international holiday packages to walk-in and online customers. Respond promptly to

customer inquiries

via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and face-to-face. Process

bookings, quotations, invoicing, and payment receipts

accurately. Provide

after-sales support

, including travel updates, documentation, and customer follow-ups. Assist in

preparing simple sales and customer service reports

for the branch. Maintain proper records of

customer databases, payment collections

, and transactions. Handle

daily branch administrative tasks

, including stock monitoring, filing, and documentation. Support in

basic social media updates

, replying to online inquiries/comments, and promoting ongoing packages. Coordinate with HQ for internal procedures including SOP compliance and report submissions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:



Minimum

SPM/STPM/Diploma

in

Business

,

Tourism

, or a related field. At least

1-2 years

experience in

sales

or

customer service

; experience in the travel industry is an advantage. Able to communicate well in

Bahasa Malaysia and English

(additional languages are a plus).
